Brief History
Patty would work with us on and off, depending on circumstances, but
was always a welcome addition. We didn't use any computers or sequencers
in this band; I didn't want to lug around a pile of stuff anymore.
It was more important to me to leave it set up at home. We played
several times at the Abbey Road in Lake Worth (see Arkrat
CD Catalog) and at Hector's Heck-of-a-Burger in Delray
Beach. We did a lot of "Classic Rock" in this band: Paint
It Black and Satisfaction by the Rolling Stones, Sunshine
Of Your Love and White Room by Cream, Procol Harum's
A
Whiter Shade Of Pale, Touch Me and Light My Fire by the
Doors,
Good
Day Sunshine, Twist and Shout, Back In The U.S.S.R. and Something
by The Beatles, Love Is A Beautiful Thing and I Ain't
Gonna Eat Out My Heart Anymore by the Young Rascals, and of
course, many others.
Incidentally, Patty used to work in Paradise, a group based
in Lake Worth, Florida. Scott Henderson (Tribal Tech)
(see Brutus) was the guitar player, Paul
Glenn was the drummer, Linda Morse played sax, and Timothy
M. Meyer (see Brutus, Bittersweet,
Foundation
II, Second Foundation, T
minus 1) was the bass player. The keyboard player's name
was Kevin Wouchevski. I ran sound for them for a while.
