Brief History
This was something of a desperate attempt to find
a job. It was really T minus 1 + 1,
or something like that. Jamie Colton told us that he could
get us work without much of a problem. I think we worked one job
with him. I found the situation quite irritating, being billed as
Jamie
Colton and ... Actually, we had done all of the hard work, putting
the band together, sequencing the songs, etc. All Jamie had to do
was pick up our list and blow his horn. Anyway, as I said we played
a job in Dania Beach, Florida, if I remember correctly, and didn't
get paid for part of it. I never could get a straight answer from
Jamie as to what happened to the money.
Probably the high point of this gig was meeting
Tiny
Tim at the club one evening. He was the perfect gentleman, and
of course, very strange.
Promo Photograph
None that I remember. Here are some live shots.
